T1. Operator and scope

BringMeSunshineGroup.com (BMSG) is the trading name of a New Zealand sole trader. BMSG is not an incorporated company or registered charity. The individual operator is the contracting party for BMSG-operated services and the merchant of record where BMSG itself is the seller. A third-party seller must be identified for its own transaction.

These are the common terms for all BMSG sites, products, brands and assets listed below. Product provisions are schedules to these terms. There are no independently maintained product terms. The Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling. The features you use determine the applicable schedules; a planned feature is not an offer of an available service.

T2. Use, accounts and content

Use the services lawfully and kindly. Do not harass, exploit, threaten or deceive others, upload unlawful content, infringe others' rights, bypass permissions or interfere with systems. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell BMSG about suspected misuse. An account does not grant access to another person's private information.

You keep ownership of your content. You give BMSG the permission needed to store, process for safety, display and deliver it for the features you use, and to handle relevant support and legally required records. This permission does not authorise unrelated advertising or model training with children's data. Respect the intellectual property of BMSG and others; statutory rights and applicable open-source licences remain in force.

T3. Safety, restrictions and complaints

BMSG may withhold content, restrict permissions or suspend access to address misuse, safety concerns or legal obligations. Automated checks can make mistakes; report a problem or request review through the service's support route or BMSG contact below. We explain material restrictions where appropriate, subject to lawful safety and investigation limits. BMSG services are not emergency services.

T4. Availability and consumer rights

Beta features may change or experience faults. Keep your own copy of important information. BMSG will explain planned changes affecting stored content and provide reasonable notice where practicable. These statements do not exclude mandatory consumer rights.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including those under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act where applicable. A remedy depends on the circumstances and applicable law; a blanket no-refund rule does not override those rights.

T5. Versions, closure and governing law

Published terms identify their version and effective date. BMSG preserves evidence of the version accepted and presents material changes for renewed acceptance where required. Closing an account does not erase obligations or records that lawfully survive closure. New Zealand law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections and access to courts available to you under applicable law.

Schedule WEB — Websites and beta participation

Applies to BMSG and product holding pages, FAQs, status pages and other branded surfaces. A waiting list is an expression of interest, not a purchase or guaranteed launch date. A status page reports the information available to it and is not a service-level guarantee. Beta participation does not waive consumer or privacy rights.

Schedule ACCOUNT — Shared identity, support and communications

Applies to accounts, administration, notifications, CRM and Email. Service messages may be necessary to operate your account. Optional marketing requires its own choice where applicable. BMSG platform administration does not make every product entitled to every account or support record. Integration features must respect the permissions of both services.

Schedule MSG — Crew Comms

Applies to closed chats, invitations, uploads, calls, polls and events, whether standalone or embedded. Share content only with the intended authorised participants. Membership and role controls determine access. BMSG may run automated safety checks and authorised moderation review; these are not a guarantee of safety or confidentiality from BMSG. Live calls are distinct from uploaded recordings. Guardian permissions and the applicable child mode govern child participation.

Schedule RIPPLE — OneGoodDeed.com and maps

Applies to deed logging, public map activity and related suggestions. Do not disclose someone else's personal information in a public deed. Public location is approximate and does not establish an exact address or a verified claim. Anonymous browsing or deed participation does not grant account-only permissions. Optional or planned functions are available only when expressly enabled.

Schedule GIVE — Events, gifts, payments and refunds

Applies to Give.OneGoodDeed.com and any BMSG-operated real-money flow. Before payment, the transaction must identify the seller or recipient, purpose, currency, total price, fees, taxes where applicable, fulfilment or cancellation terms and refund route. Optional tips must be separately disclosed and chosen. Sandbox tests are not payments, gifts or charitable donations.

All future real-money flows must pass through governed BMSG financial services. At the owner's instruction dated 15 September 2026, BMSG has no bank accounts yet and is bringing the environment online. This document does not claim that payment collection, payouts, tax reconciliation or refunds are operational. A gift to BMSG is not represented as tax-deductible; tax relief depends on the recipient's verified eligibility and applicable law. Children must not pay or receive funds through BMSG.

Event organisers must describe their events and intended use of contributions accurately. Cancellation or refund rights depend on the transaction's disclosed terms and mandatory law. A receipt alone does not certify a charity or confer tax relief.

Schedule FAMILY — OurFamilyRocks.com and child-facing features

Applies to household calendars, capture and sharing features and guardian-managed participation across products. Guardians must have authority to manage the child profile and the relevant sharing choices. A family relationship is not permission to access every private item. Verification, age and permission rules apply to each feature; accepting these terms does not replace verifiable parental consent.

Schedule LEARN — Reading and Adaptive Reading Coach

Applies to LearnToReadReadToLearn.com, Mr Swindell and reading assessments. Practice and generated feedback support learning; they are not a diagnosis or a guarantee of educational results. Adults should review material as appropriate for the learner. Voice, research and any additional assistance require the relevant notices and permissions. Unreleased plans do not create a promise to provide a feature.

Schedule SHOP — Merchandise and hosted storefronts

Applies to Shop.OneGoodDeed.com, its Fourthwall storefront and support pages, and future registered shops. The existing governance record names Fourthwall as merchant of record for the Fourthwall shop. Its seller terms and privacy notice apply to its own checkout, fulfilment and support responsibilities; BMSG's common terms govern BMSG's own activity. Current seller arrangements must be verified before making new promises. The historical Fourthwall arrangement does not authorise a new bypass of BMSG's financial-service requirement.

Asset and schedule applicability

The common clauses apply throughout. Listed schedules apply when the corresponding feature is used; inclusion does not mean a planned service is operating.
